#12 Owl Superhero

     Above us, constantly aware of the cities every movement, is Knight Owl, protector of the innocent and purveyor of justice. Alas, it is upon his shoulders alone to combat the likes of the great polluter Coal Mole, the frightening Harmadillo, and even the dangerous Scarepion. But, no other threat has been greater than now, as four of the cities most terrible villains, Dr. Octavious Owl, Snake Eyes, Hootoo Priest, and the newly christened Daemonkey, have combined forces to become...THE FEARSOME FOURSOME! Will our hero prevail, or will he be cast down amongst the shadows he himself calls home. Read this exciting issue of Knight Owl!

     So i guess this one is less charcater design-y and more graphic design-y but in my defense, all my early sketches were more classical comic book cover. Over time, it just morphed into this. However, I do plan on making all of my enemy sketches into trading card bio's just for funsies.

BAM!  POW!  ZAP!  Get ready for the awesome adventures of Knight Owl and Pea Pod!  After a freak industrial accident at an encyclopedia factory,  Professor Bubo was bestowed with super animal wisdom!  Professor by Night, Hero by Day! (ya know...because owls are nocturnal...)  Together with his trusty teaching assistant/sidekick Pea Pod, He restores intelligence and justice to the city!

Beware all to you who enter the library!   The omni-present Ms Dustcreakle is watching you.  With a nose as big as her knowledge of Dewey Decimal....she can sniff out rule-breaking from any corner of her precious library.  Gum-chewing?  Forget about it.  Talking?  Don't even think about it.  Scratching, folding, staining or bending any of her books?  Transfer schools, learn russian and wear a disguise.  She is as quiet as a sleeping mouse but as scary as a rabid squirrel.  You have been warned!
